Soft "powdery" technique or hair like strokes with a blending of multiple colors for the most natural of results. At PCA, extreme care is taken in the shaping and symmetry of your brows. How much thicker or elongated outside the lash base is decided on an individual basis between the client and the nurse, with a focus on creating definition and "lift", to the degree that is SAFE; aesthetically and medically. *

Is the filling in the entire "vermilia" (colored part) of the lip. Additional fullness can be safely achieved, as well as correcting asymmetry, by extending just outside the vermilion border. In 1995, Barbara d'Artenay developed specialized techniques of applying lip liner to give a surprisingly natural result.
